Frequently Asked Questions
What COVID-19 Protections are in place on the tours?
At eXtraordinary Tour Services, we ensure our guests are safe and healthy. We adhere to local and county/state requirements:
· All our staff has been vaccinated.
· Masks are required on tour per current COVID safety requirements.
· Each winery has unique requirements that must be met.
· We sanitize our vehicles daily.
Can we select our own wineries?
We work with a large variety of wineries that we have established relationships with. Our standard packages include wineries that we have carefully selected for their quality service and ambiance. If you have special requests, custom winery requests can be considered, but will be subject to availability and may affect pricing.
What are the lunch options for the All-Inclusive Tours?
Our standard All-Inclusive Package includes California Deli-style luncheon, which includes fresh deli sandwiches, 2 side salads, chips and cookies. Periodically, wineries we visit have food service on site, and that option may be available. Special requests, such as vegetarian, gluten free, or other dietary requests can be accommodated.
Can we listen to our own music on our tours?
Yes! All of our vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth stereos, so you can link your own playlist, or you can enjoy musical options that we can provide.
Can we bring our own alcohol or food on the tour?
We respectfully request that you limit any alcohol consumption on our tour vehicles to wine or beer (no hard liquor). There will be ample wine and/or beer served on the tour events. We will provide cold waters on all our tours, and you are welcome to bring any snacks you like.
What’s included in the price of an All-Inclusive Tour?
Our All-Inclusive Tour costs includes transportation, all winery fees, and lunch service. Additionally, the standard gratuity that is added will cover all gratuities for our staff as well as winery staff. There will be no additional costs unless you choose to purchase additional wine or other merchandise.
How far will you go out to pick us up?
Our standard pickup radius is approximately 50 miles from the San Francisco Bay Area. Pickup outside of this range is available but may add to the cost.
