I Contacted Dean to help me set up something for my wife’s 50th birthday, I knew it was going to be tough during these times dealing with Covid but Dean went above and beyond and put together a very special event that my wife and family will never forget. Dean was very attentive and really made us feel special and made sure our event was flawless. I have done a similar tour in the past and there is no comparison, I highly recommend eXtraordinary Tour Services.

We used Dean and Extraordinary Tours for my future daughter-in-law’s bachelorette party a couple of weeks ago.  Best decision ever!  We did a tour of Livermore wine country and went to 3 wineries, McGrail Vineyards, Retzlaff, and Cuda Ridge.  All were amazing!

Our driver Lenny picked us up at our hotel in a fantastic, comfortable and well equipped bus.  He was so sweet and a good sport with a bunch of crazy girls!  Dean met us at each winery to make sure we were well taken care of with special bottles of wine, bocce ball, lunch and any and everything we needed to make it a special day for the bride and the rest of the girls!

Everything from start to finish was fantastic!  Dean was a pleasure to work with and very responsive, helpful and accommodating.  I highly recommend using Dean and Extraordinary Tours!  We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dean help plan and execute our mom’s 80th birthday with a visit to three wineries and lunch. The wineries had just opened up, so reservations were needed. Everything was safe, and everyone had masks, even on the van (only four of us and Dean). Our afternoon was easy paced, and very enjoyable. Lunch was provided from a food truck at one of the wineries – truly fabulous! Thank you Dean!

Just book this company! I planned a last minute bachelorette party and it was perfect because I just booked with Dean and he took care of everything. They were super accommodating with picking us up a little further than their normal area. They had three wineries planned for us and had the appointments set up and everything. The best part is not worrying about time or anything when you’re out having fun. We just waited for Gary to tell us to get back in the van lol. Gary was the best driver, super fun yet professional. I would highly recommend this company!

This tour service is incredible! I recommend for anyone looking to take a group of friends, family, co-workers, etc. to a location! Our group went to different wineries within Napa for a friend’s birthday and not only was everything timely during our tour, but the service is exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this service. Dean was great at helping me with all the details and the van was comfortable and clean. He’s accommodating and flexible, and hospitable. I would book again.

A group of friends and I toured Castro Valley and Livermore Valley wineries. We chose to do a simple tasting at 5 wineries total and paid hourly for this service to take us around.

From the beginning, Dean was my contact and was quick to respond to my inquiry via email. He was very transparent about the operation and gave me an idea of how the whole process would go – he even made the reservations for tastings at all the wineries. We only had a couple of wineries in mind, and he helped suggest other ones which we enjoyed. He obviously has been doing this for a while, so he has connections to most of the wineries and even has a good idea of exactly how your day will go.

When he picked us up, I was happy to see the size of the van and how clean and comfortable it was. The van easily seated 13 people in the back, and there was 8 of us total. We were allowed to bring our own food which is great when you want to snack on something during the ride. Dean provided his own snacks and bubbly. He poured us all a glass as he told us our agenda for the day. The first winery in Castro valley was the best, and we ended up spending more time there than we thought. When you’re having a lot of fun, it’s easy to lose track of time. Dean helped us stay on schedule but was also extremely accommodating and flexible if we favored a place. It was great not having to worry about the details nor having to drive. The group had a lot of fun throughout the whole day, and we ended up staying out a lot longer than we thought.

Last minute decision to take this tour to Muirwood. No regrets. Guide, Dustin, just went above and beyond to assure we had the best day possible. Highly recommended. Small groups, attentive guide and staff, comfortable van, and made accommodations for hubby’s wheelchair. Kudos on a job well done, Dustin.

This review is long over due! But I just have to tell everyone how amazing the service was. Dean helped me get all the information I needed to plan my friends bachelorette. Every time I emailed him questions he would answer them on a timely manner. He helped me choose the perfect wineries to visit and the lunch was perfect he went above and beyond to provide us a great lunch that included two bottles of wine! My girls and I had a blast! We definitely recommend Dean!

We organized a 50th birthday celebration and utilized Extraordinary Services to orchestrate at Livermore wineries for 18 adults. Dean and his team organized the entire day, and everything was fantastic. I really appreciated their communication and knowledge to make the event memorable and easy!

We planned a bridal party of 11 ladies with them and they helped us planned all details which included a sprinter picking us up at our neighborhood/ 3 wineries wine tasting & nice boxed lunch. Also provided a delicious cake for celebration. We truly enjoyed our time and would use them again for future such events.
